He is survived by wife, Pam Lastinger; children, Christin Boyer (Chris), Daniel Lastinger (Jessica), Ashley Curtis (Robbie), and Zachary Lastinger; 8 grandchildren; and parents, Melvin and Cathy Lastinger.
