Quinton Walter Cook, 81, of Lithia, Florida, born in Alafia on October 15, 1939, entered into eternal rest on February 17, 2021. He was a member of Welcome Baptist Church. He loved his family, friends, dogs, cows and enjoyed people in general. He was preceded in death by wife, Carolyn Allen Cook. He is survived by children, Rhonda Cook Culpepper (Malcolm) of Lithia, Allen Quinton Cook (Dixie Mason) of Lithia, and Zonda Nicole Carlisle (Sammy) of Mulberry; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 4 siblings. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 23 beginning at 9:30 A.M. at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 South County Road 39, Plant City, where a graveside service will follow at 11:00 A.M. at Welcome Cemetery, 11308 Welcome Church Street, Lithia.
